LP is Sansui QS Stereo Quad compatible format (requires QS decoder for quad sound) quadraphonic LP, which is playable on regular stereo systems as well LP is a Prog Rock classic in which 5 musicians play enough instruments, electronic, orchestral and rock oriented to sound like a full fledged symphony orchestra. For special tastes, but mix of vocals and various musical modes works well. Best cuts: "The Fireballet," the 19-minute "Night On Bald Mountain (Suite)." Cover shows slight wear/creasing. - Montenegro, Hugo-Neil's Diamonds- LP- stereo-RCA APD1-0132 - 1973 33 1/3 RPM compatible stereo 4-channel Quadraphonic LP release by composer, arranger, and conductor, Hugo Montenegro, best known for his hit interpretations of Italian Western themes such as "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly." This project finds Montenegro rearranging 10 Neil Diamond classics as funky 70's instrumentals, with the Moog synthesizer topping the mix! The result (using lots of brass and tasty drum/bass grooves) is a lot of fun! Cover shows ringwear and creasing-bottom left corner has a few ragged edges-no stains, tears, splits, or writing. Both songs are from the excellent VAYA LP "Back to Back", which is currently out of print on CD. Disc was released on the VAYA subsidiary of the great Latin label, Fania Records.
