- Chenier, Clifton-Clifton Chenier's Very Best- LP- mono-Blue Thumb BTS 15 - 1969 33 1/3 rpm LP release on the Blue Thumb label. Music on the LP, by the King of Zydeco (a mix of Cajun and Blues, played on the accordion), was originally (in monaural) recorded by Chris Strachwitz for his Arhoolie label around 1960. B5 Lafayette Waltz. Textured cover (small punch hole at top left corner) grades Near Mint. Disc, in our opinion, has seen little play but does have a "spotty" appearance to the vinyl which we think is a factory oddity. Disc plays nicely with minor surface noise and clear sound. Great Zydeco LP!

- Kershaw, Doug-Doug Kershaw- LP- Stereo-Warner Bros WS 1906 - 1971 release, stock copy. Nice album by Cajun fiddler Doug Kershaw. produced by Buddy Killen. Doug wrote most of the tunes, "Play Fiddle Play", "Colinda", "Son of a Louisiana Man". Well recorded with full sound. Cover is glossy & beautiful (tiny corner crimp). Disc looks unused- glossy grooves w/no marks at all! Great copy! - (NM/M) - $10- Order
- Richard, Ti-Blanc-same- LP- mono-London (Canada) SDS. 5084 - (Approx.) early 1960's 33 1/3 RPM LP release by French-Canadian fiddling legend, Ti-Blanc Richard. LP was released as part of London's Serie Francaise imprint. Tracks include "Le Reel De Ste-Anne", "Silver Bell", and "La Gigue Du Brandy". Front cover has Richard quite resplendent in a custom-made suit with fiddle! Cover is still encased in original shrinkwrap & is 90% Mint with slight wear to the exposed right edge. Disc (blue label/silver print-"Serie Francaise") is clean and glossy, showing some spindle marks from careless handling which do not seriously affect play. Sound of LP is instrumental fiddle not at all disimilar to Louisana Cajun fiddling. Excellent & rare LP!
