- Price, Leontyne/Rosalind Elias/Richard Tucker/Leonard Warren/Giorgio Tozzi with Arturo Basile/Rome Opera House Orchestra and Chorus-Verdi/Highlights Il Trovatore- Reel to Reel- Living Stereo-RCA FTC 2122 - 1962 release, 4 track 7 1/2 IPS reel to reel tape featuring the allstar cast of Leontyne Price, Rosalind Elias, Richard Tucker, Leonard Warren and Giorgio Tozzi, along with the Rome Opera House Orchestra, performing highlights from Verdi's Il Trovatore. Overall, box shows light wear from handling. Top left corner has seam split. Box edges show a little wear. Front slick is clean and glossy, however. Recorded with RCA's famous "Living Stereo" process, which produced audiophile-quality sound well ahead of it's time! Tape within is well-cared for with clean leader. Classic performance of Il Trovatore. Nice vintage Classical reel!

- Reiner/Fritz Reiner, conducting the Vienna Philharmonic-Verdi/Requiem- LP- Living Stereo-RCA (Germany) LSC-6091/1-2 - 1960 3 disc 33 1/3 RPM box set LP release. Classic performance of the Verdi Requiem by Fritz Reiner and the Vienna Philharmonic with legendary vocalists in tow. The copy at hand is an original RCA/Teldec/Telefunken Living Stereo pressing, offering rich audophile sound quality. The box shows slight wear overall, but all corners are intact. All 3 discs (red label, silver print, RCA logo in silver at the top) are visually near mint. The discs play nicely with light to moderate surface noise. Rare Living Stereo item-offered for a low price.

Overall box shows a little wear, and has a 1 inch seam split along the spine at top left (box is a little indented at this spot-evidently having taken a knock at some point). Tape within is well-cared for with clean leader. Comes with complete booklet. Nice vintage Classical reel!

- Sutherland, Joan-The Art of the Prima Donna Vol.1- LP- stereo-London OS 25232 - (Approx) 1960 33 1/3 RPM LP release, featuring legendary vocalist, Joan Sutherland. Arias include Arne: "Artaxerxes," Thomas: "Hamlet," and Verdi: "Rigoletto." Copy at hand is an original 1st press London "blue back" FFSS (Full Frequency Stereophonic Sound), Made in England LP, offering superior quality sound. Cover ("Blue back" design is characteristic of a 1st pressing) shows moderate ringwear-no stains, writing, tears, or splits. Disc (heavy vinyl-black label with silver print-"FFSS" wideband above spindle hole-"Made in England") is clean, glossy, and Near Mint. All Flip Side Classical LP's are double-cleaned at a minimum on our VPI machine. Plays nicely with only minor surface noise and rich, clear sound.
