- Ventures-Colorful Ventures- LP- Stereo-King/Liberty (Japan) GXH 45 - 1979 release, 33 1/3 RPM LP reissue of the classic 1961 LP "Colorful Ventures" by the top-selling instrumental group of all time, The Ventures! On this album, the group tackles standards ("Blue Skies", "Red Top", Blue Moon", etc.,) and transforms them into high-energy Ventures songs, each with the band's distinctive sound. Copy at hand is a Japanese import (no OBI strip-we are not certain if there originally was one with this piece). The two right corners of the cover have minor creases. Otherwise, the cover is extremely clean with no writing, seam splits, tears, stains, etc. Vinyl is wonderfully clean, glossy and Mint! Original liner note sheet (featuring tantalizing photos of other rare Japanese Ventures LPs) is enclosed.

Welcome on Zither performing pop, folk and classical tunes, side two by D. Marta on cymbalom performing Hungarian folk and classical tunes, Cook was well regarded in the 50's for it's audiophile quality recordings! front cover is clean with a little wear, slight stain on back cover, disc looks great! - (EXC+/NM) - $15- Order
- Williams, Roger-Golden Hits- LP- stereo-Kapp KS3530 - 1967 hits compilation, includes "Born Free", "Somewhere My Love" (Dr Zhivago), "Shadow of Your Smile", etc., cover is quite clean, very faint ringwear, inner sleeve is sealed!!! - (NM-/Sealed) - $6- Order
- Wood, Del-Ragtime Goes South of the Border- LP- Mono-Mercury MG20678 - Black label, approx. 1963 release. Glossy cover is in top shape. Vinyl is nice with only a slight scuff. Wood was known as the "Queen of the Ragtime Piano". Her style is essentially honky-tonk/tack piano- one of her most fervent admirers was Jerry Lee Lewis! On this LP she tackles such Latin favorites as "My Adobe Hacienda", "Tequila" & "Mexicali Rose". Accompaniment varies from minimal rhythm section to full band with brass.
