- Marvelettes-As Long As I Know He's Mine/Little Girl Blue- 45- mono-Tamla 54088 - 1963 45 rpm seven inch single on the Motown subsidiary, Tamla. Yellow label with brown disc and globe logo. Disc is housed in original Tamla sleeve. A side is a Smokey Robinson Composition, B-side is by Holland/Dozier/Holland. Disc is in nice Near Mint minus condition with only a few tiny marks and a clean, glossy surface.

- Shaw, Sandie-Sandie Shaw- LP- mono-Reprise R-6166 - 1965 33 1/3 LP release by 18 year old English Pop star, Sandie Shaw. LP features 2 U.S. Pop hits, "Always Something There to Remind Me", and "Girl Don't Come". Complete track listing: Baby I Need Your Lovin'/Don't Be That Way/Downtown/Everybody Loves A Lover/Girl Don't Come/Gotta See My Baby Every Day/I'll Stop At Nothing/It's In His Kiss/Lemon Tree/Stop Feeling Sorry For Yourself/Talk About Love/(There's) Always Something There To Remind Me. Good album as a whole which compares favorably to U.S. Girl Pop & Girl Group records of the time. Shaw's voice is actually quite good. Copy at hand is a U.S. Reprise Records monaural original. Cover is nicely preserved with a clean front slick showing very slight ringwear at top and bottom center. Small writing in pen on back-original purchase date in 1965. Disc (housed in crisp original Reprise inner sleeve) is pressed on heavy vinyl and bears the yellow and white "steamboat" label which is characteristic of a first pressing. Vinyl shows a collection of small light marks-none of which are at all serious. LP plays nicely with only minor surface noise and clear sound.

- Stevens, Dodie-Let Me Tell You 'Bout Johnny/You Are the One- 45- mono-Dot 16259 - 1961 45 RPM 7" promo release by Dodie Stevens, best-known for her 1959 Pop hit, "Pink Shoelaces". Record has a great teen Pop/Girl Group sound (Dodie's voice is multi-tracked, giving the impression of a group). This is one of her more obscure sides. Disc (in crisp Dot sleeve) is MINT and appears unplayed. - (M) - $9.99- Order
